GOAL OF THE ANIMATION
Because the animation for the PX 530 had been much used for many years and had proven its worth in the sales process, the company decided that they also wanted to invest in a technical 3D animation for the new Omnia PX 700. This time with a PX-teaser!

''It turned out great! Excellent! They did a great job."
The production process for the Omnia PX consists of different components. The supply line leads the eggs tothe different stations, such as orientation, inspection and crack detection. The eggs are disinfected with UV and then transported to the weighing station. The eggs are suspended in a carrier, which allows the weighing system to be positioned above the eggs. This prevents contamination of the weighing system.
The eggs are then transported from the supply line to the packaging lines, going through the optional configurations for blood detection and inkjet printing. The packaging line handles the eggs individually, preventing breakages and cross-contamination. At the same time the system prints data on the eggs that makes each egg individually traceable. The technical animation follows one egg as it passes through the PX 700.
