OVERVIEW

An overview can be very useful in a technical animation, providing an overall picture of the machine or production line. Highlighting particular parts will immediately identify the location of a particular section or function. An overview can also be used, for example, for highlighting and naming USPs. Highlighting is often combined with overlays. We are happy to inform you about the possibilities.

KINEMATICS

Many machines and systems contain moving parts. We specialize in animating such kinematic systems. This contributes to the flexible set-up of the 3D animations we deliver. A technical animation of a mechanism can also show whether this mechanism is actually going to function as it was intended to, or if it needs any adjustments. This way, design errorscan be prevented at an early stage.

TRANSPARENCY

3D animation offers the possibility to make certain parts transparent. This allows us to see through panels or structures and explain the operation of a system that would normally remain invisible.

SIMULATION

In addition to technical animations, we can also create simulations. These are based on physical values we enter for relevant objects. Simulations are often used for irregular product flows, but they are also an excellent solution, for example, forvisualizing the mixing of small particles.

FORCES

Animation is an excellent solution for making forces visible. The direction and the ratio of the force in relation to other forces can be visualized by using width or length. Positive or negative forces can be visualized perfectly by the use of colour.

FLOWS

Processing plants are frequently used in the petrochemical industry. Liquid and gaseous flows can be visualized by means of arrows. The flow direction and temperature can be visualized.

VISION

It is hard to imagine intelligent automation without Vision technology. To explain howVision works, we can visualize the beam. This shows what the Vision camera sees or detects.

APPLICATION

In technical animations, we can visualize what Vision sees or has seen. By taking a fixed number of points, an imaginary line can be drawn using software. This can then be used to determine the alignment or dimensional stability. Vision technology is also widely used to detect shape and colour, for example in the sorting process ofvarious products.
